We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with prospects. Your goal will be to engage with key decision-makers and set up meetings for our sales team, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential target accounts and key decision-makers within those organizations.
- Utilize various prospecting methods, such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking, to engage with prospects and generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospects' pain points and identify how our software solutions can address their challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities generated.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively articulate our value proposition to prospects
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and market intelligence
- 6+ months of B2B SaaS experience as an SDR
- Team player and willingness to work hard
- Knows and willing to make cold calls
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong problem solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills, the ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, and a keen attention to detail.
