We’re looking for an early customer success manager to execute and refine our CS playbook from onboarding to renewal. You should be passionate about sales development, outbound calling, and helping deliver value to customers.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing, to drive customer value and contribute to our product's continuous improvement.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of the Nooks.
  • Gather, develop and communicate best practices from existing customers.
  • Identify expansion areas, run upsell opportunities, and close renewals.
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to customers throughout their journey, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Analyze customer usage patterns and build reports to identify churn risk and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs, influence product development, and enhance the overall experience.
  • Ensure timely communication of product updates, industry insights, and best practices to customers.


  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Manager or similar position in a SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of sales development space and passionate about outbound.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Strong problem solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills, the ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
